This cylindrical net body is obtained by spirally winding a spiral wire rod which has a spiral diameter almost two times of a predetermined outer diameter of the wire rod and almost coinciding the shape of peak part with that of valley part, setting each valley part to locate on the outside of the center of the spiral in a predetermined lead and pitch to form a horizontal spiral wire rod by winding the spiral wire rod in a coiled state, and then forming the cylindrical net body by fixing a lengthwise spiral wire rod comprising the spiral wire rod to the horizontal spiral wire rod by assembling at the side at a predetermined interval.
