PURPOSE: To provide a food composition which includes phospholipid in the brain of mamal, combines it with food carriers suitable for food and can be directly mixed with baby food for replenishing the essential fatty acid of food for delicate patients or malnutritional patients. CONSTITUTION: The phospholipid in the brain of mamal has a dimension in the form of ribosome from 100 to 500 μm, the phospholipid in the brain is contained as a main component, and this is combined or mixed with the food carrier suitable for food in a nutrition group, etc. composed of galactose, casein, powder milk and predigested wheat flour.
