Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the subject compound having wide range of vermin controlling effect without giving chemical damage to a cultivated plant and useful as insecticide.
CONSTITUTION: The compound is expressed by formula I [A is a 5-membered or 6-membered (halogen-substituted or 1-4C alkyl-substituted) heteroaryl containing 1-3 of S, N and/or O; X is CH2 or N; Y is nitro or cyano; Z is O or S; R1 is H or methyl], e.g. 4-(2-chloro-5-pyridylmethyl)-3- cyanoiminomorpholine. The compound of the example is obtained by reacting 3-cyanoiminomorpholine with 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine.
