Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new macrolide compound which exhibits excellent antimicrobial effect even on resistant bacteria, e.g. MRSA and the like, and is useful as an antimicrobial.
SOLUTION: This macrolide compound is obtained by including a compound JK shown by formula (1) (R is H or CH3) or its pharmaceutically permissible salt.
