Disclosed is a vector which regulates the expression of a target gene in cells, tissues and individuals in which the vector is introduced, wherein the expression vector comprises a recombinant protein gene in which the heavy chain variable region of an antibody is fused with either one of a DNA binding protein or a transcriptional regulatory factor, and a recombinant protein gene in which the light chain variable region of the antibody is fused with a DNA binding protein or a transcriptional regulatory factor which is different one from the transcriptional regulatory factor fused with the heavy chain variable region.
