Abstract:
To provide a nighttime safety device which is simple in its structure, is inexpensive and is improved in safety.
This device consists of a light passing member 1 which passes light and a light accumulating member 2 including a light accumulating material which accumulates and emits the light past the light passing member 1. The light passing member 1 absorbs the light from the upper part in the light accumulating member 2 and is so disposed to incline with the light accumulating member 2 in such a manner that the light emitted from the light accumulating member 2 by the absorbed light is reflected in a horizontal direction.
