Abstract:
To provide an NK1 (neuropeptide neurokinin-1) antagonist having strong, selective and beneficial treatment character and pharmacological character, and good metabolic stability for the potential treatment and prevention of the diseased state of mammals.
This NK1 antagonist is a compound represented by formula (II) (wherein N-containing heterocycle contains a 5-9 membered ring and also one in which N is substituted by S or SO), and the compound has strong, selective and beneficial treatment character and pharmacological character, and good metabolic stability. The compound is effective in minimizing adverse effects while treating various physiological disorders, symptoms and maladies.
