Abstract:
The present invention relates to a noise filter and, particularly, its object is to efficiently eliminate noise which generates in a noise generating source in an outdoor unit in an air conditioner in which power is supplied from a power source to an indoor unit via the outdoor unit. In order to achieve the object, a choke coil is formed by winding power source lines (5a, 5b) and indoor/outdoor lines (Lin) around a common magnetic body or the like. The number of turns of the power source lines (5a, 5b) and that of the indoor/outdoor lines (Lin) are set so as to be almost proportional to their impedances. By canceling out noises of the lines while maintaining balance of influences on the magnetic field of the coke coil, noises are eliminated efficiently.
