The non-aqueous electrolyte solution contains a fluorinated cyclic carbonic acid ester as a solvent and lithium salt as an electrolyte. As the lithium salt, it contains lithium bis-fluorosulfonyl imide as expressed by a structural formula: (F-O2S-N-SO2-F)Li.
