To provide an un-fired tile which can be particularly easily produced by an energy saving method by recycling the waste materials of ALC which have no effective applications from heretofore and are discarded, and adequate applications for such un-fired tile.
The waste materials of the ALC are pulverized and the pulverized powder thereof is mixed with cement and water and further a water repelling agent. The mixture is poured into a frame mold and is solidified, and thereafter, the solidified molding is dried, by which the un-fired tile consisting of the pulverized powder of the ALC panel consolidated by an inorganic binder essentially consisting of the cement is obtained. This un-fired tile is affixed to the surface of an ALC panel by using an adhesive of a denatured silicone/ epoxy resin system, by which the un-fired tile is made usable as the ALC panel affixed with the un-fired tile having excellent waterproofness and as a building material.
