Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the non-specular reflection type holographic mirror which decreases the inclination of the display image to be visually admitted by reflection when this mirror is mounted as a reflection plate on a windshield and the process for production of this mirror.
CONSTITUTION: A hologram dry plate 13a formed by applying a photosensitive agent on a transparent base is irradiated with divergent light beams of the same wavelength from both surfaces thereof by setting the diversion points thereof at the same distance from the center of the hologram dry plate 13a and varying the incident angles of the light beams on the dry plate 13a to make interference recording, by which the function of a concave mirror is formed on one side of approximately the center line of the dry plate 13a as a boundary and the function of a convex mirror on the other.
