Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the space for transportation of bobbing winder bodies and to greatly improve transportation efficiency in the line for transporting the bobbing winder bodies through a product screening treatment stage, such as yarn end treatment inspection device, to the ensuing stage.
CONSTITUTION: The bobbing winder bodies P are transferred onto a transportation tray 2 on a front end lifter 4 of the screening treatment line 1 and are transferred onto an upper conveyor 2 of the line body 1 as the tray ascends. The bobbing winder bodies P are successively transferred by means of this conveyor 2 and are passed through the devices, such as yarn end treating devices 12 to 14 and appearance inspection and weight inspection device 15, where the bobbing winder bodies are subjected to the screening treatment. These bobbing winder bodies are then sent to a vertical lifter 5 at the rear end. The lifter 5 carrying the bobbing winder bodies P descends and the bobbing winder bodies P are removed from the tray 20. The emptied tray 20 is transported via a treating conveyor 3 in the lower stage of the body to a lifter 4 at the front end. The similar operations are carried out again and the cycle is repeated.
