This noncombustible spraying material comprises, by pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the spraying material except water, 20-70 cement and 0.1-4.5 resin binder in terms of solid content both as the binder components, 10-60 lightweight aggregate, 0.1-1 foam-producing agent, 0.1-1 foaming agent comprising two or more agents different in foaming time, 0.5-5 fiber and 0.1-1.5 viscosity modifier.
