PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having an orexin receptor antagonistic effect, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical use thereof, particularly, a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for diseases associated with an orexin receptor, such as sleep disorders, psychiatric disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, memory disorders and eating disorders, in particular insomnia (insomniac condition), one of sleep disorders.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a compound represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
