Abstract:

A compound of the formula wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group which can be substituted and/or carry a heteroatom, or R1 and R2 together represent a hydrocarbon, optionally substituted, forming with the carbon atom to which they are attached, a ring capable of carrying a heteroatom, R3 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl, and R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group, as well as the acid addition salts thereof. A method of preparing the compounds and the use thereof as an anti-tumor medicine are disclosed.
