Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a probe DNA used for a DNA hybridization detection method.

The method for producing the probe DNA is provided for being used in a method for detecting DNA hybridization by using impedance without using an indicator as different from conventional techniques, and comprises a process of binding a 3-10C alkyl group to the 5' terminal of the DNA having a base sequence with an arbitrary length and a process of modifying the 5' terminal with an amino group by binding the amino group to the alkyl group utilizing 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDAC).
