Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring fitting jig which can fit an O-ring to a fitting object part without torsion, and does not require confirmation and correction of torsion after fitting.SOLUTION: An O-ring fitting jig 1 comprises: a jig body 3 on which a hollow part 5, at least one end of which is opened, is formed; a movable body 4 which is movably provided on the hollow part 5; and a step part 6 which is formed at the opened end of the hollow part 4. When a fitting object 2 is brought into contact with the movable body 4 and is inserted in the hollow part 5 in the state that the O-ring 10 is fitted to the movable body 4, the step part 6 regulates movement of the O-ring 10, and the O-ring 10 is fitted to the fitting object 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
