Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component assembly device facilitated in switching for dealing with various kinds of units in the same component assembly device, in a simple structure and by a simple operation by an operator.SOLUTION: A component assembly device includes slide boards provided on both end parts of a base board, support parts provided on the slide boards, and lock mechanism parts regulating the positions of the slide boards. The lock mechanism parts are connected to the slide boards and disposed on the upper sides of lock plates fixedly mounted on the base board, and each includes: a first movement part movable in a first direction with respect to the lock plate; and a first lock mechanism provided with a first operation lever regulating movement in a first direction with respect to the lock plates of the first movement part or releasing the regulation of the movement. First-direction positions of the support parts can be arbitrarily switched by releasing the regulation of the first-direction movement with respect to the lock plates of the first movement parts using the first operation lever of the first lock mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
