Abstract:
To more accurately move an object by more accurately estimating a frictional force.SOLUTION: An object moving device includes: a driving unit; an acquisition unit which acquires first input data indicative of an input value for driving the driving unit and displacement data indicative of displacement of an object; a deriving unit which derives a linear relation equation between the first input data and the displacement data in a prescribed area; a calculation unit which calculates second input data indicative of an estimated input value for driving the driving unit by applying the linear relation equation in an entire movement area of the object; a storage unit which stores correction data derived on the basis of the first input data and the second input data in an area other than the prescribed area in association with each of positions of the object; and a control unit which calculates third input data for driving the driving unit in the prescribed area by using the linear relation equation and derives fourth input data for driving the driving unit in the area other than the prescribed area by using the linear relation equation and the correction data, and drives the driving unit by using the third input data and the fourth input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
