Abstract:
To provide an object sensor which has both functions as a contact sensor and an electrical capacitance sensor serving as a non-contact sensor and also has a simple structure, or a simple, high-reliability and responsive opening/closing pinching sensor that uses the object sensor.
The object sensor includes a sensor body having the basic constitution as a contact sensor (having a piezo cable 11 as a sensor head), a detection circuit of the contact sensor (contact detection circuit 30) and a detection circuit of the electric capacitance sensor (approach detection circuit 40) using a conductor (shield mesh wire 18) of the sensor body as a detection electrode.
