Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smoothly adjust the inclination of an objective lens mounted on a supporting member.
CONSTITUTION: The objective lens 150 is mounted on a supporting surface of the supporting. member 151. The supporting surface is a tapered surface, and the objective lens 150 is capable of inclining along the supporting surface. An adjusting pawl 401 capable of engaging with the objective lens 150 is fitted to a lower surface of a turning member 410 in a hemispherical shape. A hemispherical outer circumferential surface 411 of the turning member 410 is freely slidably fitted to a hemispherical recessed part 412 formed on a main body 402. By sliding contact between the outer circumferential surface 411 and the recessed part 412, the turning member 410 is turned around a rotational center of the objective lens 150 as a center, and the objective lens 150 is inclined by the adjusting pawl 401.
