Title:
INJECTION MOLDED PIECE HAVING HOLLOW RIB STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3392902
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a thick injection molded piece which requires a high flatness by providing a thickly-shaped part communicated from an injecting part of pressure gas and forming the thickly-shaped part into a shape raised from a base body on the both sides of it which defines the molded piece.
CONSTITUTION: In an injection molded piece having a hollow rib structure to be obtained by injecting a melted thermoplastic resin into a mold cavity and injecting a pressure gas, a thickly-shaped part communicated from the pressure gas injecting part is provided and the thickly-shaped part is formed into a shape raised from a base body on both sides of the base body which defines the molded piece. Thus, by providing the thick part raised from the base body on both sides, beam effect by gas channel at one side with respect to a flat plate is exceedingly reduced and warp can be largely bettered by preventing generation of the warp. The dimensional precision of the molded piece is heightened and applying range of the gas injection can be widely enlarged.
