Abstract:
To provide an observation apparatus capable of being easily positioned in a narrow space and taking in images.
The observation apparatus 10 comprises an imaging lens for taking in an image to be observed, an image fiber 24 formed as a cable extending from the imaging lens 25, having flexibility over the whole length, for transmitting the image taken in by the imaging lens 25 to the base end side, a display device 50 connected to the base end of the image fiber 24 for displaying the image transmitted by the image fiber 24, and a soft copper wire 26 for maintaining a region of a prescribed length of the image fiber 24 on the imaging lens 25 side of the whole length of the image fiber 24 in an arbitrarily deformed state.
