To solve a problem in a conventional way of unclipping an office clip, in which the unclipping is performed by using fingers or a groove portion for hooking the office clip attached to an office clip stopper, etc., so that power is necessary for the fingers, particularly in the clip firmly bound, it is hard to unclip the clip for a less powerful user.

An office clip is easily unclipped by sandwiching the office clip to be unclipped from the upper and lower side by using an office clip unclipper, and just sliding the office clip unclipper. Further, the office clip unclipper is provided with swelling so that the fingers easily apply power. Also, a receiving part for receiving the office clip is provided at the side surface of the office clip unclipper so that the unclipped office clip is prevented from flying around. As a result, the office clip is prevented from flying around the user carelessly. Furthermore, a necessary gap is provided at the receiving part for receiving the unclipped office clip, and thereby the unclipped office clip can easily be sent outside the office clip unclipper.
