To provide an offset printer which can provide a display panel of a high accuracy without installing a heating means or a cooling means, and to provide a manufacturing method for the display panel for which the offset printer is used.
This offset printer has a printing plate 1, a cylindrical blanket 2 which receives an ink pattern from the printing plate, and a drying means 3 which is arranged at a position attending to the outer peripheral surface of the blanket. The offset printer transfers the ink pattern which has been received on the blanket to a glass sheet. Also, on the drying means, a drying means main body, an air feeding means, and a suction means 6 are installed. In this case, the drying means main body is equipped with a plate-form cover member which is curve-formed into an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the blanket. The air feeding means is connected with the drying means main body, and makes air circulate between the cover member and the blanket. The suction means 6 sucks in air which is discharged from the drying means main body.
