Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove a fine granular oil component without changing the properties of a coolant.
CONSTITUTION: Waste water containing an oil component is passed through the region between a first electrode E1 and a second electrode E2 constituted of a conductive bed 30 having three-dimensional communication spaces and voltage is applied so that the first electrode E1 becomes a cathode and the second electrode E2 becomes an anode to flocculate and float the oil component in waste water in the conductive bed 30 to separate the same from waste water.
