Abstract:
To provide an oil-in-water-in-oil type emulsified fat composition having both of meltability in a mouth and long-lasting flavor, with use of a soft fat such as liquid oil in an inner oil phase.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water-in-oil type emulsified fat composition having a gelatinized inner oil phase.
