Abstract:
To provide an oil seal that can be readily removed while reliably sealing a gap between a housing and a shaft.SOLUTION: An oil seal 100 for sealing a gap 108 between a shaft 104 and a housing 106 includes: a core metal 110; and a resin 112 for molding the core metal. The core metal is formed with a separation zone 150 sectioned by tear lines 124, 126 extending in an axial direction of the shaft and easily tearing and separating from the core metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
