To provide an oily liquid lip cosmetic which excels in a glossy feeling and cosmetic durability (color retention and gloss retention) with time, has light spreadability on application, and has no sticky feeling of finishing.

The oily liquid lip cosmetic contains component (A) of a polyhydric alcohol ester of rosin acid, component (B) of an organic silicone resin, component (C) of a liquid oil having a kinematic viscosity at 30°C of 10,000 mm2/s or more, and component (D) of a liquid oil of at least one kind selected from an ester oil having a molecular weight of 250-700, a hydrocarbon oil having a molecular weight of 250-700, and a nonvolatile silicone oil having a molecular weight of 600-30,000 which dissolves the component (B).
