PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a hot-water-running temperature to a setting temperature accurately by correcting a map for supplying hot water while a hot-water-supply system is operated independently so that the map becomes larger and smaller at sides where the calorific values of a heat generation part are large and small, respectively, when the map for supplying water is corrected to a side where the amount of the heat of hot-water-supply is reduced while the hot-water-supply system and a reheating system are operated simultaneously. SOLUTION: When a hot-water-running temperature is to be controlled by a control unit 50, the hot-water-running temperature is adjusted by the opening of an electromagnetic proportion valve 4B while a hot-water-supply system is operated independently. In this case, the amount of heat being required by hot-water-supply is calculated based on a setting temperature, the quantity of water supply, a water-supply temperature, a hot-water-running temperature, and the quantity of hot-water supply. After that, the opening of the electromagnetic proportion control valve 4B for obtaining the amount of the heat being required by hot-water- supply is obtained from a map for supplying hot water. Also, when the hot-water-supply system and a reheating system are operated simultaneously, one portion of the amount of heat by a burner 1 is taken by reheating and the map for supplying hot water is corrected to a side where the amount of the heat of the hot-water-supply is reduced. In this case, the map is corrected so that it becomes smaller and larger at sides where the opening of the electromagnetic proportion valve 4B is small and large, respectively.
