Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the new subject compound having an excellent antifungal activity.
SOLUTION: This amine derivative is a compound of formula I [R1 is a 1-4C alkyl; R2 is formula II, etc.; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-5C acyl, etc.; (k), (l) and (m) are each 1-4], e.g. trans-3'-[N-(6,6-dimethyl-2-hepten-4-ynyl)-N- methylaminomethyl]acetophenone. The compound of the formula I is obtained by condensing 0.1-10.0 mol, especially 1.0-2.5 mol secondary amine derivative of formula III with a halogenated compound of formula IV (X is a halogen). The condensation reaction is performed by using a condensation reagent such as a tertiary organic amine and an inorganic base in the presence of a solvent such as N,N-dimethylformamide. These compounds have a high usefulness as an antifungal agent, a medicinal composition such as an external agent containing the same for cleaning and disinfection, etc., especially as a dermal agent for external use, etc., and a medicine containing the same as an active ingredient.
