Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a temperature measuring element inside a chip capable of rapidly and precisely recognizing the temperature fluctuation inside the chip.
CONSTITUTION: A PN junction circuit element 11a fluctuating the characteristics thereof by temperature is provided on the substrate of a CPU device made into one chip mode by a semiconductor circuit so that the signals of the element 11a may be externally led out to detect the temperature inside the chip.
