PURPOSE: to prevent malfunction by combining the 1st and 2nd oneshot multivibrators in response to the rising input/falling input and using a non- inverting output of a 1st one-shot multivibrator as a one-shot ulse output even if contacts of an operation switch makes chattering.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch 10 is switched from the OFF to the ON position, a contact output goes to a rise signal S1 and is supplied to a signal input terminal of the 1st and 2nd one-shot multivibrators 11, 12. Only the 1st one-shot multivibrator 11 is operated by the rise signal S1, an object positive one-shot ulse is outputted from a non-inverting output terminal (a) and sent from an output terminal 13. A negative ulse is outputted from an inverting output (b), enters a clear input (c) [negative (LOW) is effective] of the 2nd one-shot multivibrator 12, whose operation is inhibited.
