Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an open-close lock even to a door having small width size for a safe-deposit box, and to use a conventional identification card as it is. SOLUTION: The open-close lock 1 is annexed to a door 4 with a bank lock 5 and a user lock 6 for a safe-deposit box and locked and released by an identification card C issued at every user, and the bank lock 5 is concealed at all times. The open-close lock 1 is composed of a main body 3 having a base plate 2 with a section to be engaged 9 and an unclock mechanism section 14 operated in response to the data of the identification card C when the identification card C is inserted while having an engaging member 17d freely engaged with the section to be engaged 9 and being installed to the base plate 2 rotatably or detachably so that the user lock 6 is concealed at the time of locking and the user lock 6 is exposed at the time of releasing and a release holding means, by which the engaging member 17d is moved up to the place of releasing and the place of the releasing of the engaging member 17d is held when the main body 3 is rotated or detached. A lock pin 19 interlocked with the engaging member 17d is inserted into a hole 11e formed to the main body 3 as the release holding means at that time.
