PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the function of a switch at a glance. SOLUTION: In the portable door locking-releasing device with a plurality of switches operated from the outside, the operating surface of a portable electronic operating device is formed in an animal face shape. The switches for door locking and for door unlocking in a plurality of the switches are conformed to the place of the eyes of an animal face while the design of the operating section 29 of one switch for door locking is formed so that the eye is closed, and the design of the operating section 30 of the other switch for door unlocking is formed so that the eye is opened.
