PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing body opening and closing device capable of realizing various functions without causing high cost.SOLUTION: An opening and closing body opening and closing device comprises: an operation handle 12 which has a sensor unit 46 and is rotatably supported by a substrate 10 disposed in an opening and closing body 16 of a vehicle 14; and a control unit which implements a first control depending on a detection by the sensor unit when the operation handle is located at a first position and a second control different from the first control depending on the detection by the sensor unit when the operation handle is located at a second position different from the first position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
