Abstract:
PURPOSE: To release a safe quickly by rotating a dial for a dial lock by a rotary actuator such as a motor.
CONSTITUTION: A dial 16 is fixed so as not to be exposed to the outside of a door 3 in a dial lock 18. A mounting plate 20 is fastened onto the rear of the door 3 so as to cross the dial lock 18, and a motor 21 as a pulse motor, into which an encoder is incorporated, as a motor as a rotary actuator is mounted on the mounting plate 20 under the state, in which the shaft of the motor 21 is made common with a rod 19 for the dial lock 18. The revolution of the dial 16 for the dial lock 18 is controlled by turning and driving the motor 21. When the locking of a safe is released, a key for a remote controller is pushed according to a set number, the dial 16 is revolved according to the input number when an OP key is pushed, and the dial lock 18 is released when the number is correct. When release operation is conducted by the radio or cable type remote controller, burglarproofing can be improved.
