Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform to prematurely find abnormal phenomena by monitoring change in operation circumstances, such as an actuator, a valve driven by the actuator and a damper, etc.
SOLUTION: Method clocks first shifting time t1 at which edge 14b of a notch 14a on a rotary plate 14 shifts between first P1 and second rotating positions P2, second shifting time t2 at which the edge 14b shifts between the second P2 and third rotating positions P3, and third shifting time t3 at which the edge 14b shifts between the third P3 and fourth rotating positions P4 using detective output of a first to a fourth optical sensor 15a-15d. In addition, the method judges abnormal condition of the actuator 12 based on the first to the third shifting times t1-t3. The first to the third shifting times t1-t3 also correspond to time required to rotation of a spindle 13 because the rotary plate 14 rotates along with the spindle 13 of the actuator 12. Accordingly, the method makes it possible to judge the abnormal condition of the actuator 12 using the first to the third shifting times t1-t3.
