Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accurately control the amount of damping water in an offset press.

CONSTITUTION: The disturbance of an offset press 11 is collected by a data collecting part 17. Data satisfying the collected data according to conditions is extracted by a fuzzy cluster 18 to be stored in a fuzzy clustered data part 19. A rule function and a membership function are respectively formed in a rule generator 20 and a membership generator 21 on the basis of the stored data to be stored in memories 22, 23. The data stored in the memories 22, 23 and the disturbance after the start of the operation of the offset press are inferred by a fuzzy inference mechanism part 24. The offset press 11 is controlled on the basis of this inferred value.
