Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent connection loss from becoming worse on an optical fiber fixture end surface.
SOLUTION: Provided are an optical fiber and a fixture which is provided at the circumference of an end part of the optical fiber and fixes the optical fiber, the end surface of the optical fiber and an end surface of the fixture are nearly in the same plane and slant at 0.1 to 2.0° to a surface perpendicular to the center axis of the optical fiber, and an antireflective film is provided.
