Abstract:
To provide an optical scanner and an image forming device which can be made low-cost and miniaturized by reducing the number of parts.
A dustproof member 68 furnished on a case 70 is provided with a transmission part 68a (glass, for example) through which a light beam transmits onto an photoreceptor 4 provided outside the case 70, and a reflection part 68b (glass on which aluminum is vapor-deposited or the like, for example) which reflects the light beam toward a photodetector 69 for detecting a scanning timing installed inside or outside the case 70.
