Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device configured to prevent noise and shifts in optical scanning caused by a rotary shaft of a reflective mirror or a rotary shaft of a power source being vibrated by gyro-moment generated due to high-speed rotation of the reflective mirror.SOLUTION: An optical scanning device 100 includes: a motor 10; a rotary unit 70 being rotated about a vertical shaft 12 by the motor 10; a reflective mirror 30 configured to be rotatable about the vertical shaft 12 and about a horizontal shaft 80 together with the rotary unit 70, and to irradiate a target object with scanning light and reflect reflection from the target object toward a photoreception unit 40; and a drive transmission unit 60 for transmitting rotational drive of the motor 10 to the horizontal shaft 80 holding the reflective mirror 30. The rotary unit 70 is formed to have a mass distribution that generates counter moment M to gyro-moment N induced by rotation of the reflective mirror 30 about the vertical shaft 12 and about the horizontal shaft 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
