The optical sheet 40 includes: a sheet-shaped body part 45; a plurality of first unit shape elements 50 arranged on one side 46 of the body part; a plurality of second unit shape elements 55 arranged on one side of the body part and extending in parallel with one direction on the sheet face of the body part; and a connection part 42 of covering at least a part of the connection part between one first unit shape element and one second unit shape element connected to the one first unit shape element from the one direction. Each of the plurality of first unit shape elements is projected from one side of the body part to a position higher than each of the plurality of second unit shape elements and the connection part.
