To provide, regarding a kudzu (arrowroot) flower-containing oral composition, a kudzu flower-containing oral composition that has improved umami taste, and the oral composition that has improved stability.SOLUTION: As a result of intensive studies to solve the problem, the present inventor has found that the taste or stability of a kudzu flower-containing oral composition can be improved by combining a kudzu flower with a particular compound, leading to the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None
