PURPOSE: To simplify the circuit configuration of an order circuit equipment, by changing call signals and carriers under a time sharing condition by means of switches.

CONSTITUTION: By providing a transmission-side switch 2 and reception-side switch 20, which are successively switched to each other and select talking channels of more than one at a transmission and receiving sections when a drive signal Pc is inputted, and switches 13 for control which are successively switched to each other and select a talking signal and more than one carriers for modulating and demodulating a high-frequency transmission signal, call signals are processed under a time sharing condition at every talking channel. Therefore, the circuit configuration of this order circuit equipment becomes simple and the equipment can be miniaturized and made inexpensive.
