Title:
ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3900769
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element allowing fine processing easily and certainly in the element manufacturing process by accurately forming film formation preventive layers in the desired shape and having a very small light emission probability of an organic light emission layer in the non-selected portion.
SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence element is configured 89 that a first electrode film 2 and film formation preventive layers 3a and 3b are formed on a board 1 and an organic light emission layer 4 and a second electrode film 5 are laminated one over another on that surface area of the first electrode film 2 where no film formation preventive layer is provided. A photo- sensitive resin composition to form the layers 3a and 3b contains a substance non-transmissive relative to the irradiation light for photo-hardening in an amount 0.01-90 wt.% with respect to the total solid component in the photo-sensitive resin composition.
