To provide an organic semiconductor thin film and an organic semiconductor element which exhibit high charge mobility wherein localized level is completely cleared away, and an organic electroluminescence element having high durability and high light emission efficiency using it.
This organic semiconductor thin film is put between a pair of electrodes, and a composition which forms the organic semiconductor thin film does not have localized level substantially between highest occupied level (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied level (LUMO). The organic semiconductor thin film substantially having no localized level exhibits extremely high charge mobility, so that superior semiconductor characteristics are realized. The organic electroluminescent element using the organic semiconductor thin film can acquire high luminance, extremely high light emission efficiency and superior durability, so that it can be effectively utilized for a surface light source such as a full color display and a back light, etc. and a light source array such as a printer, etc.
