To solve such a problem that a concentration rate obtained by a conventional organic solvent recovery apparatus is low and with the low concentration rate, considerable cooling of methylene chloride in a cooling apparatus as a subsequent treatment apparatus is necessary for liquefaction recovery of methylene chloride, resulting in an increase in the size and cost of the cooling apparatus.
The organic solvent recovery apparatus can recover the organic solvent by successively performing: an adsorption step of adsorbing a VOC; a heating step of heating an adsorbent; a desorption step of desorbing the adsorbed VOC; and a cooling step of cooling the adsorbent, wherein an adsorption tower 1 having four towers or more is disposed and the adsorbents 2 are arranged in series in the adsorption towers 1 so that introduced air passes through the plurality of adsorbents 2 and a plurality of heaters 3 are also disposed.
