CONSTITUTION: At least photoconductive layer is provided on a electric conductive layer, moreover, a surface layer is provided on an uppermost layer, the surface layer contains at least one of nonaqueous solvent dispersed resin grain consisting of a copolymer resin grain which is formed by dispersedly polymerizing one functionalty monomer A containing at least one of hydroxyl group generated by dissociating in nonaqueous solvent and one functionalty monomer B containing a substituted groups containing at least 2 of silicon atoms and/or fluorine atoms and copolymerizing with the above monomer A, in the existence of a dispersion stabilizing resin being soluble in the above nonaqueous solvent.
