PURPOSE: To obtain an original plate for a planographic printing excellent in electrostatic characteristics (especially dark electric charge holding ability) and photosensitivity without generating surface staining, and being excellent in desensitization.
CONSTITUTION: At least a photoconductive layer is provided on an electric conductive layer, moreover, a surface layer is provided on an uppermost layer, the surface layer contains at least one kind of nonaqueous solvent system dispersed resin grain which is formed by dispersedly polymerizing one functional monomer A containing at least a kind of functional group forming at least one of hydrophilic group of thiol group, phospho group, amino group, sulfo group generated by dissociating in nonaqueous solvent and one functional monomer B containing substituted group containing at least 2 silicon atoms and/or fluorine atoms and polymerizing with the above monomer A, in an existence of a dispersion stabilizing resin being soluble in the above nonaqueous solvent.
